Flipping the Script
Here is a collection of 10 of the hottest (in my opinion) new script fonts from 2010. Many of them a big sellers, some aren’t. Anyway, being a font freak, I’m allowed to be my own judge and jury. Let’s check it out!
PDF Generation X
Adobe Acrobat X is the newest version of the leading software for creating, reading, and managing PDF documents, and it’s massively improved. Acrobat X (from $199) and its reduced freeware counterpart, Adobe Reader, are faster and more powerful than ever, and both apps finally get a lucid, up-to-date interface. Acrobat X also adds terrific corporate features, including one that automatically extracts data from filled-in PDF forms and exports the data to Excel.

Sometimes Apple can be just plain mean. Always developing new stuff without warning, turning the tech world upside down over and over again. But just when you’re ready to write them off as just another greedy corporation, that meanness is immediately pacified by a outstanding product that you can’t wait to get your sweaty hands on. It’s like someone just punched you in the jaw, and you come back with an apology for getting your face in the way of his fist. Well.. maybe not that mean.
The Harlem Book Fair was Awesome!
The Harlem Book Fair was awesome. Sold some books, made some new friends. This was the most professional affair I’ve ever attended. Very organized, well placed and an audience of eager readers who came for nothing but good reading material.
